It is a concentrate of aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) consisting of fluorocarbon surfactants and hydrocarbons mixed with various solvents, preservatives and stabilizers. The foam forms an aqueous film that quickly cuts off the oxygen supply and knocks down the fire.
