To request a deluge or preaction system Model E or Model F, first select the desired deluge valve and the proper adjustment of the deluge valve. Next, choose a release and cutout device according to your application. For preaction systems, a vertical check valve as well as a VFR-400 release control panel (for electrically released systems) must also be requested. To simplify the process, Viking also offers several factory-assembled options. Model G preaction systems are shipped completely preassembled, including deluge valve, compensation, release / compensation devices, switches, indicators and water supply control valve (release control panel is requested separately). In addition, Viking offers all dilution and preaction systems in a TrimPac configuration, which includes conventional adjustment, release and release devices mounted in a steel box that can be mounted on the elevator or on a wall. Flexible hoses are provided to connect TrimPac to the deluge valve. The deluge valve and drainage pack must be ordered separately, as well as the VFR-400 release control panel for preaction systems.
